Store Van (Long Term Casual) Site Fees  – Downloadable version
Includes 150 days total free usage per financial year to the nominated people of the site only. Refer to the ‘Occupation Agreement’ for more information regarding the use of the site and all terms and conditions.
Quarterly Payments

  • Fees due and payable on or before:
  • 1st January; 1st April; 1st July; 1st October.
  • 1st July is the anniversary date for site fee increases.

Over Night Fees for Visitors
All visitors to the site pay – $17.00 per head per night.
(All adults and children are counted 2-100+ years).
Account Fees – must always be paid in advance.
The park owner/manager reserves the right to charge an account on late fees in accordance with the Occupational Agreement.  Overdue payments, including occupation fees and other charges, attract interest at the rate equivalent to 5% above the interest charged by the Commonwealth Bank on an unsecured loan on the first business day of the month that interest becomes payable. The park owner will also charge, an administration fee of $100 for each defaulting payment and or letter sent until the account becomes current.
Note: All persons must register at the office before proceeding to their site including visitors.
Office Hours are normally 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Subject to change without notice.
Strictly NO pets allowed in the Park.
